Ash first came to Forever Fit not as a fitness enthusiast but as someone seeking a solution to a very real challenge: being able to lift and set up her art tent for her shows.

“I wasn’t even a gym person. In fact, I kind of made fun of people who got up early to work out. But when I realized I couldn’t lift my own art tent, I knew I needed to make a drastic change.”

With the guidance of Dave and the encouragement of her first workout partner, Betty Lou, Ash discovered a love for fitness, gained strength, and achieved her goal. Fast forward a few months, and when the need for a gym manager arose, she eagerly stepped into the role to stay immersed in the positive atmosphere she’d grown to love.
